1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph979," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to ph979 Casino, operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), accessible at ph979.org.
• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers an account on, or uses the services provided through ph979.org.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on ph979.org, through which the Player accesses all gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in the Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins winnings, or other non-cash value awarded to the Player under a ph979 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and any other gaming or wagering products offered by ph979.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed by the Player on any game or market within the ph979 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law, requiring Players to submit valid government-issued identification before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for licensing and overseeing ph979's operations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of ph979's Services is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph979.org, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful;
• You are not accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of ph979 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or service providers;
• You do not have an existing Account on ph979.org that has been suspended, self-excluded, or terminated by ph979;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion or any exclusion order imposed by ph979, PAGCOR, or any competent authority;
• You have not been diagnosed with or are currently receiving treatment for problem gambling and you have not previously requested exclusion from gambling services.

ph979 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition will render these Terms void with respect to that Player, and ph979 may close the Account, withhold any Bonus Funds, and return the verifiable real-money Balance to the original payment source.

3 Account Registration

To access ph979's real-money Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information including, without limitation: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile telephone number.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You will maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person;
• You have not previously had an Account closed, restricted, or terminated by ph979 for any breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of duplicate Accounts — regardless of the email address, name variation, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where ph979 identifies duplicate Accounts held by the same individual, ph979 reserves the right to close all Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and restrict withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. ph979 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must notify ph979's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph979 is required to comply with PAGCOR's licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). As part of this compliance, ph979 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal from a Player's Account.

Accepted Documents. The following Philippine government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC verification:

• PhilSys National Identification Card
• Philippine Passport (issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card — SSS or GSIS)
• Voter's Identification Card (issued by COMELEC)
• PRC Professional Regulatory Commission Identification Card
• Senior Citizen's ID (issued by OSCA)

ph979 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account registered in the Player's name) and proof of residential address where required by applicable regulations. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in the withholding of withdrawals until compliance is established. ph979 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation periodically.

5 Deposits & Payments

ph979 accepts deposits exclusively through authorised payment methods made available on the ph979.org platform, including but not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Mobile, Metrobank Direct, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and PHP 500 for direct bank transfers. ph979 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph979 bears no responsibility.

Currency. All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals on ph979 are denominated in Philippine Peso. There are no foreign currency conversions applied to any transaction on the ph979 platform.

Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you represent that:

• The funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity;
• You are the authorised account holder of the payment instrument used to make the deposit;
• The deposit does not violate any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC identity verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal amounts are limited to the Player's real-money Balance; Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Processing Times. ph979 targets the following processing timeframes following verification of the withdrawal request:

• GCash and Maya: 30 minutes to 1 hour
• GrabPay and QR Ph: 1 to 2 hours
• InstaPay: Up to 30 minutes
• BDO, BPI, Metrobank bank transfer: 1 to 3 business hours (requests submitted before 21:00 PST)
• PesoNet: Same business day

ph979 does not guarantee these processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking system outages, public holidays, or regulatory compliance checks. Withdrawals of an unusually large amount may be subject to additional security verification, which may extend processing time.

Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. ph979 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. ph979 does not charge a withdrawal fee; third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph979 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, cashback, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions stated on the applicable promotion page, which form part of this agreement. The following general conditions apply to all ph979 bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon the deadline stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the individual promotion terms. Live dealer bets typically contribute at a lower rate than slot bets.
• Maximum Bet: When a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports event is typically capped at PHP 500 unless otherwise stated. Bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: ph979 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is identified.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time.

ph979 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players already participating in an active promotion at the time of modification shall not be materially disadvantaged thereby.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on ph979 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules communicated on the platform:

• Finality of Settled Wagers: Once a wager has been settled and the outcome credited or debited from the Player's Balance, the settlement is final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
• Manifest Error: ph979 reserves the right to void or correct any wager settled as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game results displayed due to a technical fault, or incorrect market settlement. A manifest error is one that is obvious and undeniable to a reasonable person. Players may not exploit manifest errors, and any winnings derived from a manifest error may be voided.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or sports bet, ph979's system records will be used to determine the outcome. If the system records are insufficient to determine the result, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market and are displayed on the relevant game table or betting interface before any wager is placed.
• Integrity of Markets: ph979 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict betting on any sports market where there are reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event is compromised.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, withholding of funds, forfeiture of winnings, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering more than one Account on ph979.org;
• Allowing a third party to operate or access your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the ph979 platform for wagering or bonus acquisition purposes;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the ph979 platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple Accounts or in coordination with other persons;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Engaging in money laundering or any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Accessing ph979's Services from a Prohibited Territory or through a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that ph979 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or disruptive toward ph979's staff, support team, or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph979 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. In accordance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements, ph979 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss limits over defined time periods. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they are automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Check Alerts: Automated pop-up notifications displayed at regular intervals showing the Player's net session result and time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for gaming or betting.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from ph979, which closes the Account indefinitely and restricts re-registration. ph979 will not solicit self-excluded players with marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Players who require external support are encouraged to contact appropriate Philippine mental health and problem gambling support services. ph979 is not a counselling service and cannot substitute for professional help, but our support team can assist you in activating any of the tools described above at any time.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on ph979.org, including but not limited to the ph979 brand name, logos, trademarks, design elements, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of ph979 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

No portion of ph979.org may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial manner without the prior written consent of ph979. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph979's Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the scraping, mirroring, framing, or systematic extraction of ph979 content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph979 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of the ph979 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if ph979 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph979's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph979 does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or malicious code, although we employ commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform security and availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.

13 Account Termination

Termination by the Player. A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ph979's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by ph979. ph979 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any ph979 policy;
• ph979 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The Player is no longer eligible to hold an Account under Section 2;
• ph979 is required to do so under applicable law, PAGCOR instruction, or court order.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, ph979 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraudulent conduct is established, to withhold or recover real-money funds pending regulatory or legal proceedings.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Regulatory Escalation. Players who are unsatisfied with ph979's resolution of a formal complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR — the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises ph979's operations. ph979 will cooperate fully and promptly with all PAGCOR-directed inquiries, audits, and dispute resolution proceedings.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact ph979's support team through the official support email or live chat. The majority of account and payment disputes are resolved within 48 hours through the informal resolution process.

15 Contact & Complaints

ph979 will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 24 hours of receipt and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If we require additional time to investigate a complex matter, we will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.

Amendments. ph979 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of ph979's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
